OK,

I've got the VOM meter.

I cannot turn the 'key' on the top of the fuel distributor.

It isn't shaped in a hexagon to fit an allen key. It is circular.

Do I have to push down as I turn?

How hard should this be?

Please talk me through this guys I am so close.
