Vehicle: 92 300E; everything is apart and accessible

Prior to install of new compressor I have a few technical questions:

1-Do I add a quantity of refridgerent oil into compressor or manifold lines? If so how much and what type? In the past I've used 525 viscosity, waxfree on my other older Mercedes vehicles.

2-When I install the new fan clutch to the new (rebulilt) compressor how do I tighten the 13mm bolt that hold it to the splined shaft? To remove the bolt I just used an impact wrench and it came off easily.
