Goolge either Cortisol or Serotin with the word "violence" and you will get back tons of work on the subject. Serotin-inhibitor drugs are the current practice, Cortisol manipulation is the up and coming, still very experimental school. The drugs involved in the Cortisol studies are highly, highly controlled, while they are passing out S-I like candy to everybody. Is your wife invloved with work in this field?
