I don't know about the SDs, but the 123 wood can be removed by reaching behind the dash and twisting the small metal tabs projecting through the back of the dash from the horizontal into the vertical. Each piece of wood trim has two or three of these metal tabs and once they're twisted into the vertical the trim comes right off. Most of the trim can be reached by removing the pocket from the dash.
