I've done a tech search, but hadn't found what I needed...

Do I need to replace my climate control unit or blower, or both?

My climate control and blower works only sometimes.
Sometimes I can jiggle the key in the ignition (thanks for the prior tip) and the A/C comes on, but even then at the highest fan speed setting it blows at only a medium speed (no where near what it used to blow at the highest setting).
Then again sometimes, even jiggling the key doesn't get the the blower working. I can feel cold air coming through, though just barely when this happens.
