I think you're missing the whole point SHYNE. It's good customer
PR. It would have taken no more than 10 minutes for the mechanic to do. It's not like she came in without an appointment and asked for a full diagnostic inspection for free. They have jobs becasue we buy these $40,000+++ cars.
richard28, if I were you I'd go back there with my wife look for mechanic and ask to speak to his manager. If he doesn't want to deal with you, ask for the regional manager. That mechanic has a poor attitude and should apologize to your wife.
