right, latest update.
stripped it all down again, fitted new alloy rings to tensioner, put it all back together again.....I'm getting quite good at this now
Anyway, looks good, everythings aligned (dots/notches)
Have cranked it over a few times, no oil leaking.
Will be fitting valve cover and starting tonight.
