Well, I called MB Corp @ 800 367-6372 early last week and gave them the TSI # to review. A couple days later I made a status check call back to MB Corp and thay informed me they would cover it under warranty and would contact the dealer who would contact me to make an appointment. Guess what no call from the dealer -- so I called the dealer today. The service manager informed me the dealer has no direct responsibility to the MB Corp but only to the district manager further stating MB Corp performs more or less a customer service function (sure drag me the customer into the office politics of MB). After I had a serious discusion the service manager he agreed to arrange an appointment to do the work under warranty saying he didn't want me to feel Iwas being "bounced around" by the process.
