It's good they're going to do it, it's a little cavalier to say that MB Corp (I assume you mean corporate offices) have no responsibility to the dealers or vice-versa. Sounds like someone there needs an atitude adjustment. It was also irresponsible of MB to not recontact you, what kind of customer relations is THAT? Especially a high-line car like MB. I would have called the same person back at MB. That's an important thing to note, get names and direct contact numbers at MB for stuff like this.
