I was at their recent show in my area. They were great, Interpol was great. I was a little depressed as Muse failed to show up for some reason or another, and out of the bands I was into on that tour, they were the one act I hadn't seen live yet. Haven't heard much off the new album, but they played a few new tunes and it sounded pretty spot on.

I thought it was sort of funny, in a recent interview that Robert Smith still asserts that neither he nor his band are not and never were "goth".
