The fan for the first 14753 107.044 cars was 000 500 43 93 and lists from MB for $525 and doesn't seem to be available elsewhere new. The number for all cars after that number is 000 500 60 93 and lists for 296 but should be available for as much as 50% less.

I would look into seeing if the newer larger one can be fitted with suitable brackets.
