Reno, you can have my W124 M117 16V for half the original $99,500 price..shipping to France included.
All kidding aside, I've been "off-site" for a bit; thanks Neil for bringing me back with your response to my thread about the intake hoses. I took care of this by wedging the hoses in at the side of the headlights..will try the M119s "headlight box" solution one day soon.
Owning one of the few W124 V8 wagons, all I can say is MB should have built a 500TE...great chasis, blows by speed traps unnoticed and shocks the heck out of Vette owners every time I have it out.
To the educated ear it's obviously a V8 when you hear it rumble.
