Brain I have to say now I find myself driving more like you! I will let it shift a tick before 2k rpm and if their is a red light in front of me I just take my foot out of it and idle up to the light. I find people will blow past me then slam on their brakes. Usually as the light turns green I am still moving and just push the pedal and bring my speed back up. It is a very smooth way to drive and I usually end up passing the guy who just blew past me to wait at the light.
If anyone flips you off CannonBall, thats what the sunroof is for!
Just stick your finger up threw so they get a good view. You could also pick up some of those orange cones that line the streets and throw one of those out of the sunroof.
