Actually the new E, etc with the slots DON'T use the radio keys to remove the cluster, but the instrument cluster hooks are used in these slots.
I wouldn't recommend replacing "all" the bulbs in the cluster, but it might be a good idea to replace the ones used for direct-lighting the gauges, and for the LCD screens (odometer, clock, outside temp, etc, in otherwords what they call the driver information center on a 210).
