Thanks guys. I had already undone the bolts but I couldn't get the seat to budge. I will try again. Should it move forward or upward? I also appreciate the location on the CD for the instructions. I am installing an aftermarket stereo. I will use the original wiring harness from the amps to route the output to the speakers. Use the fader in the stereo instead of the thumbwheel and won't have to run any new speaker wires. This is what I did in the 420 and it worked great.
