.Can you ship UPS to the border UPS depot to wait for pick up.How can this be arranged or specified on the order form.?

http://www.peachparts.com site has an excellent online for much,much more parts for all foreign cars,including Volvo.e.g. Bosch voltage regulator at 23$.The only thing is they dont deliver to outside US yet.
