Hi nuemann: Most importantly, service records of the vehicle and then look for signs of rust. The person conducting your PPI should be able to give you a full assessment of the vehicle. I have an '83 300TDT w/195K on the clock and maintain it meticulously and she has given me years of trouble-free driving.
