If you have MB coolant (sheet 325.0) then your coolant has a drain interval of 15yrs/250,000km in a 113 engine. Check your service book.

I personally like to stick to changing it every year in my own car (it's free) and every 3 years in friends cars.

I'd just drain it out of the radiator and top it up again, as long as there wasn't oil or solids in the coolant i wouldn't worry bout flushing.........just make sure the mixture is ok.
