I agree! Peter Eagan is a gifted writer and great storyteller -- it's one of the main reasons I try and pick up a copy of R&T.

As you might already know, he used to be a mechanic yrs ago at "Foreign Car Specialists" near the Univ of Wisconsin-Madison campus and now resides in a small town outside of Madison. He's got great (and diverse) taste in cars! I like his view that gimmicks and gadgets don't make a car, a true motorsports enthusiast!
