He threatens to bring charges against gov officials and gets six years? Did I read that right? In other words, he gets jail time for questioning authority through the legal system and you guys are okay with that?

It is illegal in any state to make a threat against a judge with the purpose of influencing how he will decide a case. Claiming you will "arrest" him with a "militia" and haul him in front of a kangaroo court is a pretty clear threat to me. You can call it questioning authority if you like, but I would take it as a guy threatening me with an armed kidnapping by a bunch of paranoid whack jobs. Seems twelve people agree, because they are the ones who sent him to the joint, not the judge in the case.
