Does anyone know how to replace this mirror? My stupid, stupid coworker backed the company truck onto the passenger side mirror and smashed it to pieces. Really, this is the second time he's done it to my car!! (the first time was on another car)

Anyway, i guess i'm just glad that he only managed to destroy the mirror.
