That connects into the bottom of the air cleaner breather hose should be originating from the fuel pressure regulator ( in front of the Idle control valve).
It's function is to release fuel/vapors into the breather hose rather than into the engine compartment ( big time fire hazard) if the FPR should leak or fail completely.
The other lines I am not sure about - they differ from my older Euro 103.
