I called Costco to verify this, first I went thru the number selscion process until I found the way to call the tire shop. I pressed the digit and a man answered in an out of breath voice, "tireshop we will be with you in just a minute"
After more than twelve minutes of listening to a recording that was a continuous schpiel about the advantages of getting an executive membership and receiving a check for some percentage of the $$ I spent there, blah blah blah, with no response yet from the harried salesperson, I hung up
I always hated the inefficient way they handle their tire customers, so everybody that can, Avoid Costco for tires! They are too expensive anyhow, the Tire Rack beats them on price anyhow
I guess its back to America's Tires for installs. They have always done well!
