I don't understand your comment on "engaging in nuetral". But, the transmission seems to have some delay built into it. I notice it when I stop & then put it in reverse. I usually takes a second or two.

As far as the seat, It's probaby broken. I've seen several posts on the subject. Seems like the posts usually say that they a large people too.
