There is a 30 amp strip fuse for the blower in a little black rectangular box forward of the main fuse box. Pop it open and check the strip fuse. If it's discolored or corroded, replace it and you should be OK. If that's not an issue, then you have another problem. Remember, that fuse can look good, but actually be a open circuit that intermittently returns to life. Good Luck.
