First off your car doesn't have an air flow meter, so I can't advise you there. Secondly I suggest one of those three shops run a fuel pressure, fuel volume, and fuel internal leak test according to the manual. You need fuel and fire to start the car. Once fuel is sorted out you can deal with fire if need be.
