You like really big cars.
You like full control of ACC blower.
You like warm air from the dash vents.
You find the W123/4/6 ride too firm.
You find the W123/4/6 steering too heavy.
The cautions are that 1995 was a bad year for engine wiring harnesses. The cost to replace the wiring harness ranges from $400 DIY to $800 at a shop.
The engine might be subject to incurable head gasket problems. Not dibilitating problems, but persistent oil leaks.
The W140 is known for needing expensive AC evaporator replacement. More common in the early years, less common in the later years. 1995 is in the middle.
The 5-speed AT (722.6?) is not as mature as the 4-speed (722.3/4).
Little things can and do go wrong with the car - door and trunk closing assist, trunk latch, stereo amplifier, etc. Service typically costs more because parts are more complex and cost more - hydraulic engine mounts and suspension bushings, etc. The halogen bulbs in the c-pillar reading lights are something like $12 each! But you can get a tan when all the interior courtesy lights are on
Depending on condition and completeness of service records, you should be able for find one for $12-14K.
