There is no 100K-mile service for the 1998 C230. Using the FSS, you may be due for an A or B service. In your service booklet, there are intervals for other items like brake fluid, plugs, fuel filter, etc.
Were I you (and I am, since I have about 101K-miles on mine) I would check:
1. Poly-V belt. Mine was in top shape, but I replaced it and put the old belt in the trunk well as a spare. That was only because I was driving to Alaska and the thought of a broken belt scared the crap out of me.
2. Engine mounts and tranny mounts. A bigger concern on the W210, but I checked mine carefully anyway.
3. Sway bar bushings, shocks and front lower ball joints. The last item is a common wear item on the W202 and should be examined every now and then.
4. Flex plates. Mine looked great, but many of my km's are highway. Check 'em out.
5. If doing the plugs, you might have to replace the valve cover gasket. Seems like many M111's need a new one around 100K-miles, but not a big deal. It's a PITA to do, but the gasket isn't expensive. While checking the plugs, look closely at the plug ends, as they wear out, and by 6-7 years, they might need doing.
You'll just want to go over the car carefully. If anything is past or close to it's interval, replace it (fuel filter, plugs, etc.). Do the cabin dust filter and change the engine air filter. That will extend the life of your blower motor and evaporator (cabin dust filter) and your AMM (engine air filter).
