Take a look at this thread. First try the adjustment in Duke's link, then, only if that doesn't help, give the EHA a twist. From your description, only very small adjustments are needed. Like 1/8 turn or so, maybe less.

It's also quite possible that you have some small vacuum leaks that are contributing to the problem. Fix those first.
