Well, after 4.5 hours of swearing and working it is all done. I now have heat again and also put in a new resevoir tank under the hood. No leaks and plenty of heat now. Although I think my little aux pump is fried as it does not seem to feel like it is working any longer. Found one disconnetced vacuum hose under the dash, it went to the recirc flap. All in all it was not that bad a job. Not worth the $730 in labor the local Indy wanted to charge me! Although getting the heater box in and out was the hardest part. Not to mention what you have to do to take it apart. Oh well it is all behind me now.
