The regulator for the rear passenger window on my '89 300e has kinked cables and I was wondering if anyone has been successful in changing the cables on these regulators and if you have any suggestions. The shop told me I would need to get a new regulator. All that is wrong is the cables. I have taken the regulator out and feel confident I could rebuild it if I could get some new cables. Are they available anywhere?
