I dont quite know how to break this to you but.....
...your 190e is running fairly normally!
I don't like the fact the gauge rises so damned quickly but apparently is something to do with the way Mercedes designed the sensor system. It reacts very quickly so creating needless Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt!
You may want to check the cooling operation but if it reaches a point and goes no higher it proberly okay.
