The reason I needed to get it off is I have a noise coming out of that wheel/axle. I got the rotor off w/o any damage by using my small sledge hammer and spraying some WD/40 between the rotor and hub. There was a lot of rust in there. I put a small amount of grease around the hub so if I ever need to get it off again it'll be easy.

Oh yes, I'm also trying to win the title "The Cheapest Benz Owner" on this forum.
Reportedly there is another forum member that is also quite cheap and I'm trying to beat him out.
