Did you install the plate that covers the bottom of the blower housing?
What happens in defrost mode, do you get full blast of air out the defroster vents on top of the dash?
Is it possible you have connected the wires to the blower motor backwards?
Did you have to install any modified parts to get this installed properly (I think you need to install modified parts to replace the old blower motor regulator, not sure about the blower motor itself)
