Make sure the reservoir is full of fluid. Make sure the pump is putting out pressure. Then first I would replace the accumulators. This is really the heart of the system. Next adjust the control unit that is attached to the rear swaybar. If the control valve is not working properly you can rebuild it. Finally the struts. The struts usually do not fail. but make sure they are not leaking. Besides they are expensive.
Also replace your fluid and replace the filter in the reservoir.

Do all fluids/filters and adjustments first. Then consider replacing the parts.
