Temp outside 23c-28c.
Coolant mix 70w/30coolant,all fans work.
Thermostat maybe?
I done a search and some say that it's normal and others say it's not.
What do you think?

Does your top radiator hose get warm/hot when the gauge says <70DegC? Does the mechanical engine fan "lock up"? My prefered way of checking the fan function is too start the car dead cold and take it straight to 2000rpm. The engine fan should be quite loud for 10-20seconds and then sound as if it is slowing down. If it does this then it should still have enough silicon fluid in the clutch.
As long as it doesn't go far above 100DegC when idling (and the Aux fans are working) and comes back down to 80-85C when cruising then that's ok. Just make sure your cooling system doesn't leak (especially the radiator car) because then you'll be boiling off alot of coolant sitting at 100DegC.
