Hi Guys,

I have a bad resistor end, got it off the plug with great difficulty, now need to remove from the wire and replace with a new one. Ordered one from Phil but not sure how it assembles. Remember seeing a thread from SteveB on how to change these but lost the thread and not sure it is for all wire types.

Can anyone guide me? Do I cut the boot off?
