The reason some sellers do not take paypal is beacuse if the wrong person gets a hold of your paypal credentials they can clean out your account. A seller/lifelong friend of mine got taken for over $6000 when someone discovered his paypal password or whatever it is you must log to identify yourself. After 25 years of being in business this one action nearly caused him to lose everything.

When I sell on ebay I take only cash/money order/ bank checks from buyers. Not because I want to screw anybody but beacuse I am not set up to accept charges and prefer to stay away from cc companies and no paypal because I know more than one person has had their accounts cleaned out These are my only reasons for not accepting the above methods of payment and have nothing to do with trying to rip someone off.
