Define cold Mack
I saw 0 on my dash display, it didn't get out of the 20's for most of January last year. 15w-50 might be a little thick. However the 4% soot limit that D1 can hold is useless since MB says don't go above 2%.
Mobil 1 has almost stopped my lifters from ticking.
