I thought Gilly said that MB had given up on their own product and was now recommending Locktite 5900.
The only problem is finding Locktite 5900. I was wondering why all the parts stores only carry Permatex products. I contacted Locktite and found out they own Permatex. I've had to order the 5900 to the tune of $30.00 for a 300ml tube.
