I'd just make sure the maintenance was up to date.

If I had no records, then I'd replace all of the fluids and filters to start will a clean slate.

And remember, there are two maintenance items that are performed in time intervals instead of mileage intervals:

1. Brake fluid - required to be replaced every 2 years.
2. Radiator fluid - required to be replaced every 3 years.
