Alright Gentlemen....Finally got it done.
Peter: I took as many pictures as I could. I apologize about the quality and lighting. Here are some details:

1. Valve cover removed looking over engine from the passenger side


2. Removing front cover insert


3. Front cover removed


4. Backside of front cover


5. Front cover cleaned and ready for sealant and cam gear cover gasket (u-shape gasket)


6. Front cover with new cam gear cover seal (round seal) and being oiled


7. Seal in place and oiled


8. Sealant being applied


9. Sealant applied
