I found replacement bulbs for the ACC in my '84 300TD at the local Advance Auto Parts store. If I'm remembering this correctly, they are Sylvania "European Lamp" 2721 bulbs with 2 bulbs in a green package.
They do just pull out of the bulb holder, but they can be pretty hard to get out.
