My dealer maintained car cost $8,000+ @ 94k, or about 8.5 cents/mi. They have helped to keep it a beautifull reliable vehicle. I do my own work so expenses have gone to less than 1 cent a mile. I would think your figures of $1,500/mo. would be safe. The dealer charges $100/hr. so taking labor out of the equation can be quite helpfull.
I've found the car to be well mannered in snow as long as it has traction control. The car is a pleasure to drive. I still look forward to it.
