so the hayne manmual says to

remove the headliner.....okay

to raise the rear loosen the locking brackets .....okay

turn the bolts on the rear bracket to proper height. huh

all i did today was lower the rear a half inch. no ship. it takes 4 wooden shims to put it back up with the headliner out. is the only option taking it to a body shop and having them weld the hole shut?

what are the rear brackets haynes talks about? is it the locking bracket?
