OVP relay is shot. Check the fuse on top, it's likely blown. Should start and run in open loop mode even if the OVP is bad, though....

Also, you may have a bad fuel pump relay -- has it been stalling occasionally while driving? Have a helper crank the engine while you listen at the fuel pumps (right side, under the rear seat) to make sure they run.

Could also be a bad accumulator.
