my aux fan relay is in a little black box in front of my fuse box...it's in there all by itself. I ordered a new one and switched them out...unplugged the 2prong switch in the cylinder head and the fans came right on....swapped the relays back again and nothing...swapped them again with the new one installed and bingo...fans came on full blast!! I'd say I found my relay and it was bad.
I might switch out the two-prong greenish blue switch too just to be on the safe side...the car is 15 years old and I'd say some of the sensors could stand to be replaced...anyone know the part number for it?
