Can anyone Help? ...

Car did not used to vibrate and for the last year it has. It has gotten more drastic lately.
Vibrates VERY LITTLE or NOT AT ALL while in neutral and very little while in park, but once the car is put into gear -(DRIVE), it vibrates way too much. While stopped and low mph's it vibrates and shakes. While driving higher than 10mph I don't notice it...
It vibrates so much that it makes the sunroof shake and make noises, the steering wheel vibrates and shakes also - and it is distracting.
The wife is about to "go over the edge"...any tips?
