Hasn't happened to me and I hope it doesn't, but I seem to remember a new procedure or tool that allows a tech to remove a broken glow plug from a 606 engine with the head in place. I've got one glow plug that won't some out and I'm wondering how much muscle to give it. It is the #1 plug that won't come out BTW. If it breaks off, are there any other options besides removing the head to get the glow plug out?
