No idea if your car is the same as mine, but here's what I found:

Slide the seat all the way back so you can expose the front of the seat rail. There are two plastic covers over the front end of the seat rails, they pry up at the front and have a tongue that extends back along the seat rail. At the end of the tongue is a plastic hook that slides into one of the holes on the rail, you have to raise the front of the clip and wiggle it around a bit to free the rear hook.

Once the clip is off it's a simple matter to remove the front bolts, slide the seat forward and up so you can get the bolts from the back. I now found it best to slide the whole seat back so that I could release the electrical connections from the very front - they just unplug.
